When Can I start to use my Personal Free Korean Address for order ? Immediately after your registration, you can start using your personal free Korean address for orders.
How to change my delivery Address ? After logging in, locate your name on the top-right corner of the page and click on it. From the drop-down menu, select 'Delivery Address' to access your Delivery Address where you can edit your address and contact number
Do I need to declare my package in advance ? Yes ! The package will be identified with your ID and get into the KoreaToMe Warehouse when it arrives.
How do I pay my KoreaToMe orders ? We accept PayPal as the payment method
What if there are prohibed items in my declared package ? If any prohibited items are found in your declared package, we will not be able to process it for shipping. We will notify you immediately and provide assistance in resolving the issue. It is important to carefully review the list of prohibited items before making any purchase or shipping request.

Account

How to change my password ? Simply click on the link below to reset your password. Reset Password
How to change my delivery Address ? After login, In the top Menu Bar, click on you name and then Delivery Address.
How to delete my account ? Contact us. Once confirmed, all your orders and pictures will be permanently deleted. No roll back will be available.

Packages

My package seems delivered to KoreaToMe's warehouse but I can't see it on my Package Page ? Typically, it takes 1-3 business days to process your package in our system. Please allow a few days for the package to be registered and appear on your Packages Page. You will receive an email notification once it is done.
What is the maximum storage period for items in storage? 90 days.
Is my free storage is stopped with Unboxing or BuyForMe Request ? The free storage period for your package begins upon its arrival at KoreaToMe's warehouse, and charges for storage will only be calculated when you request a Forward.

Buy For Me

Can I use Buy For Me to buy any product I want? KoreaToMe can purchase any items except for those that are prohibited by courier delivery companies regulations.
When is payment required for the Buy For Me service? After verifying the items and prices in your request, you will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions.

Unboxing

At what point do I need to make payment for the Unboxing service? When you request for forward delivery, the charge for the Unboxing Service and the associated fee will be applied together as a total amount.
If I want to cancel my Unboxing service request, what should I do? Unboxing Process will start 24h after your Unboxing Request. After Sending your Unboxing Request you have 24h to cancel it. A Started or completed Unboxing can not be cancelled.
Can I request additional photos? We take high quality three pictures for unboxing service however if you need more photos. Please notify us on your unboxing request.
Can you take a photo of my product to show the quantity? Yes, we can take a photo of the quantities of your product upon your request. However, please note that we will not count anything by default. If there are missing items, you will need to return the package to the purchased shop.
Can you inspect the cards or sealed items to ensure they are in good condition? Yes, we can unseal your package and check the cards or items inside if you request it. However, please be aware that we will not be able to reseal the package after opening it.
How long does it take to complete an unboxing service request? The time required to complete an unboxing service request depends on the volume of requests we receive. However, we always strive to complete requests within 3 business days. Once your unboxing service request is completed, we will notify you by email.

Get Rid Of

When do I have to pay for Get Rid Of Service ? When you request for forward delivery, the charge for the Get Rid Of service and the associated fee will be applied together as a total amount.
If I want to cancel my Get Rid Of service request, what should I do? Get Rid Of service will start 24h after your Get Rid Of request. You can monitor the status of your inclusion service request on your package page. If the status shows as 'processing,' you have the option to cancel the request by contacting us via email. However, please note that once the Get Rid Of service is completed, it will be subject to charges and cannot be cancelled.
Is it possible to request additional photos? We provide three high-quality pictures for Get Rid Of service. If you need additional photos, please inform us in your Get Rid Of service request.
How long does it take to complete my Get Rid Of service request? The time required to complete an Get Rid Of service request depends on the volume of requests we receive. However, we always do our best to complete requests within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your Get Rid Of service request is completed.

Forward - Shipping

What is the maximum weight limit for packages that can be requested for forwarding? The weight limit for each forward package is 20 kg.
Can I choose the number of vacuum bags to use for my package? Vaccum bags are utilized to compress clothes and cuddly toys, minimizing the size of your forward package. If you select vacuum bags as an option on forward, we will use as many as needed.
How will my forward package be prepared for shipping? We carefully repack your package to minimize its size, resulting in a reduced shipping delivery fees. This repacking service is provided at no additional cost to you. However, if you prefer to keep your package as is without repacking, please inform us accordingly.
What is the estimated delivery time for my Forward Package? Once your Forward Package is shipped, it usually takes 4-7 business days to arrive under normal conditions. You can track your package at any time using your forward tracking number.
Can I choose another shipping carrier ? At KoreaToMe, we currently exclusively use Korea Post international shipping carrier from Korea - KoreaToMe EMS - to ensure that your packages are delivered to you quickly and efficiently.
Can I change my delivery Address ? Yes, you can change your delivery address. Please follow these steps:

1.Login to your account.
2.Locate the top menu bar.
3.Click on your name.
4. Select "Delivery Address" from the dropdown menu.
From there, you will be able to update your delivery address as needed.
What should I do if my forward package is returned to KoreaToMe? If your forward package has been returned to us, it may be due to reasons such as an incorrect address or customs clearance issues. Don't worry, we will handle the situation and make arrangements for resending your package. However, please keep in mind that any wrong address or customs fees in your country will not be the responsibility of KoreaToMe.
What should I do if my package is lost, damaged, or missing items? If your package arrives with any damages or missing items, please ensure to keep all the packing materials for investigation purposes. You may file a claim directly with the local carrier responsible for the last-mile delivery. If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in finding a solution.

Customs

Do I Have to pay customs fees ? Our service does not cover customs fees, and it is the responsibility of the recipient to handle and pay any applicable customs fees. Please be aware of the customs regulations and fees in your country as they can vary. Additionally, any items that are prohibited or restricted for shipment will be returned at your expense.
Can customs clearance cause delays in shipping? Customs clearance typically does not result in significant shipping delays. However, in certain cases, there may be delays due to customs procedures.

Return

How can I return a package to the seller or shop in Korea? If you want to return a delivered product, you should communicate with the seller or shop directly to handle the return and exchange procedure. We can only provide returning service to the delivery company on your behalf. The service charge is $10, which includes the shipping cost. Please note that the shop may have its own return and refund policy. If the shop has an exception policy, the item may not be returnable, and additional charges may apply.

Refund

How can I receive a refund ? If a refund is necessary, we will process it through your PayPal account.
